Hawaiian Coastline Seascape Photography Fine Art Prints
This is a selection of fine art seascape photography showcasing the beauty of the tropical islands of Hawaii and the Pacific Ocean. This gallery is focusing on the breathtaking scenery of Kauai island, also called the ‘Garden Island’, which is the oldest and northernmost island of the main islands, featuring my favorite nature photos captured in Kauai.
Kauai is one of the most beautiful places I have traveled to and there’s a reason why it is associated with “Paradise”. It consists of stunning beaches and cliffs, that are aged by time and the elements; the breathtaking Waimea Canyon on the West Side, also known as the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific” and the wild Napali Coast on Kauai’s North Shore, that is streching over 16 miles from the remote and wild Polihale Beach on the west to Kee Beach on the north shore.
The waves get very big on the north shore during wintertime. Depending on the swell, the beaches can be either calm or extremely dramatic during big surf. The later is a dream for surfers and landscape photographers for catching dramatic seascape photography. It is intimidating to photograph them though during big surf, watching and considering these waves can be very dangerous too. So, never turn your back on the ocean.
